Crocker Communications – Internet Service Provider

For customers with an active service subscription, Crocker is the first stop for service-related questions and issues.  Crocker will log all contacts and engage its partners as necessary to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve all service-related issues and questions. The FAQ and Help Center pages of this website provide answers to many service-related questions.

If you experience an internet or VOIP phone service outage or problem of any kind, including a fiber cable break, please call the 24/7 support line at 833-952-5625 (or 833-95-BLOCK).

For non-emergency questions and issues, you may also contact Crocker via email. Emails will be responded to during normal business hours Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.


Sertex Broadband Solutions – Network Operator and Fiber Construction

Sertex is responsible for installation of aerial and underground fiber drops to customer premises, and also processes customer service subscription applications, schedules service installations, and performs installation of interior equipment and activation of internet and VOIP telephone services.

Town of New Shoreham
