Sertex engineering professionals are working with the Town to secure necessary permits, validate property addresses, and map “Fiberhood” service areas. During this time, property owners are asked to register and submit a service request to confirm their interest in getting a fiber drop.

After your registration is submitted, your property will be assigned to a Fiberhood. Sertex will begin contacting customers in mid-March to schedule on-site consultations. We will meet individually with property owners to conduct site assessments and discuss the fiber deployment requirements. With more than 60 miles of underground drop construction included in the island-wide network, the process of scheduling and conducting appointments will continue throughout the spring timeframe. Construction of underground and aerial drops to properties will be on-going.
